Privacy policy
This page describes what this site does with the information you give us. It describes the actual processing rather than a template: every statement matches what the code does, and can be checked.
This site sets no cookies, and therefore shows no consent banner.

Data controller
The controller is the site publisher, whose details appear in the legal notice. For any question about your data, write to the address below.

What travels with the submission
Three technical items accompany the form: the version of the consent wording you agreed to, how long you spent on the form, and an invisible trap field aimed at bots. Only the first is kept; the other two serve solely to discard automated submissions on arrival.
Nothing else. No data is inferred, enriched or completed from any other source.
Purpose
To tell you when the product opens if you are on the waiting list, and to arrange a demonstration if you asked for one. Your information is used for nothing else: no newsletter, no automated follow-up, no resale.
Legal basis
Your consent, under article 6.1.a of the GDPR. The box is never pre-ticked — a pre-ticked box is not consent — and the exact wording you agreed to, its version and the timestamp of your submission are kept with your request. That is what lets us demonstrate what you consented to, and when.
Recipients
Your request is read by the Bee Soft team. Two providers are involved technically, and no others:
- Resend
- Sending e-mail — your acknowledgement and our internal notification. (Hosting country : US)
- Scaleway
- Hosting the site and storing the waiting list, in France. (Hosting country : FR)
- Umami Cloud
- Audience measurement for this site, with no cookie and no identifier that could recognise you. (Hosting country : to be supplied before launch)
No other recipient, and no transmission to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Yes, for part of the processing. E-mail is sent by Resend, a United States company that stores its data in the United States. Your e-mail address and the content of your message therefore leave the European Union.
That transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (article 46.2.c of the GDPR), included in Resend’s data processing addendum.
This concerns the forms on this site only. The data of the BeeMySchool application — your institution’s data — is hosted and stored in the European Union, at Scaleway.
Retention period
Your information is kept for 3 years from our last contact, in line with the French data protection authority’s guidance on business prospecting. After that, it is deleted.
In the waiting list
Six items only: your e-mail address, which form it came from, the language, the date you submitted, the institution if you gave one, and the version of the consent wording.
In our mailbox
Your full request, as you wrote it, in the inbox of the person who will answer you.
Your rights
You have the following rights over your data, and one e-mail is enough to exercise them:
- Access — find out what we hold about you
- Rectification — correct anything inaccurate
- Erasure — ask for your data to be deleted
- Objection — refuse the processing
- Portability — receive a copy in a readable format
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, with no reason needed
- Contact
- contact@beemyschool.com
We answer within one month. Withdrawing your consent does not affect what was done before.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
Security
Exchanges with this site and with the service that receives the forms are encrypted in transit. Access to the waiting list is restricted to the people who need it.
Your IP address is not kept
To limit automated submissions, the service that receives the forms counts requests per address fingerprint: a truncated fingerprint that cannot be reversed, discarded with the counting window. The address itself is never written down anywhere.
Changes to this policy
This page carries a date and a version number. The version in force when you submitted is recorded with your consent: you can always find out what you agreed to, even if the wording has changed since.
